Make sure you allow Celebrity Chat to have access to your camera, speaker and storage then you will connect successfully.

How can I record an interview?

You can record an interview after you have connected to a celebrity or fan and are in the video room, you can click record in the menu below at the screen.

Why is it important that I only join a slot specifically created for me?

It is critical that you only join a slot that you have required to be created for you because if you join a slot that was not created specifically for you then you stand a chance of not having the interview.

Can I make payment for a slot in anyway than online?

Payment for a slot can only be made with online payment.

What kind of space must I be in during an interview?

It is very important for a celebrity and also for a fan to be in a quiet area when having an interview with no total disturbance of any kind.
